The purpose of this position is to manage, coordinate, and oversee the daily operations, services, and development of the City’s Transportation Division, inclusive of Transit services, while also providing operational oversight and coordination of the City’s fleet assets, including shuttle buses and municipal vehicles. This position ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective transit and fleet operations, supporting both service delivery and asset management functions across the City. This is a mid-level management and Essential Personnel position. The incumbent exercises independent judgement in managing transportation and transit services, transportation infrastructure, and coordinating fleet-related operations, working closely with the Fleet Department and City leadership to ensure continuity of operations and service excellence.
