Prepare professional computerized records, reports, forms, and communications. Serves as asphalt field operations manager for the asphalt program. Supervises employees engaged in asphalt field operations. Participates in national & statewide focused research and development of new and ongoing asphalt materials including attending meetings and conferences. What we are looking for: Well versed in the OH DOT asphalt program including specifications and procedures related to asphalt placement, plants, quality assurance, mix designs, mix types, and acceptances. Well versed in asphalt mix plant set-ups and control systems and placement equipment. Able to communicate in a professional manner on behalf of the Department regardless of the situation. Able to utilize computers to develop training materials and forms to be utilized in the asphalt program.
