About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Transportation Maintenance Administrator to join the Mobility Team in Atlanta, GA. The qualified candidate would be responsible for assisting with maintenance administrative services for Maintenance Engineering & Inspection (MEI) projects. This role will sit within the larger Global Mobility Business Area. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience on transportation administrative work
Work may require to workdays, nights, and weekends with little advanced notice.
Work may require some time working in an office or field setting.
Work may require inspections across multiple projects and/or clients at any given time.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or similarly related degree
2+ years’ experience on roadway or site construction inspection
10 Hour OSHA Safety Certification

Responsibilities

Responsible for fulfilling assigned workload, while coordinating with multiple contractors and supervising personnel
Assisting with identification of maintenance funding and budget allocations
Overseeing and conducting maintenance inspections on roadway projects in accordance with client's adapted procedures and policies.
Providing maintenance inspection services for conformance to Plans and Specifications for all roadway, structures, and specialty items.
Observing measures and recording quantities for contractor payment.
Reviewing traffic control as required or requested.
Responsible for ongoing maintenance work throughout your area through constant communication with active contractors in your area
