About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Transportation Maintenance Administrator to join the Mobility Team in Atlanta, GA. The qualified candidate would be responsible for assisting with maintenance administrative services for Maintenance Engineering & Inspection (MEI) projects. This role will sit within the larger Global Mobility Business Area. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience on transportation administrative work
  • Work may require to workdays, nights, and weekends with little advanced notice.
  • Work may require some time working in an office or field setting.
  • Work may require inspections across multiple projects and/or clients at any given time.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or similarly related degree
  • 2+ years’ experience on roadway or site construction inspection
  • 10 Hour OSHA Safety Certification

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for fulfilling assigned workload, while coordinating with multiple contractors and supervising personnel
  • Assisting with identification of maintenance funding and budget allocations
  • Overseeing and conducting maintenance inspections on roadway projects in accordance with client's adapted procedures and policies.
  • Providing maintenance inspection services for conformance to Plans and Specifications for all roadway, structures, and specialty items.
  • Observing measures and recording quantities for contractor payment.
  • Reviewing traffic control as required or requested.
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance work throughout your area through constant communication with active contractors in your area
