About The Position

This internship focuses on providing a learning experience within the transportation sector, where interns will work as part of a team and receive mentorship from BGE employees. The program includes attending specific events and training sessions designed for career development, as well as participating in intern-specific activities alongside regular work tasks.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time student in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
• Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees
• Attend specific events and training geared toward career development
• Participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities
