The Transportation Human Resources Associate, in a training capacity, performs highly specialized work at division level within the Department of Transportation. Work requires analysis, interpretation, and application of policies, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations specific to the operation of statewide human resources functions. Performs work under direct supervision and has little latitude for independent action. Work is reviewed and approved by the immediate supervisor or lead worker. Performs other duties as required.
