About The Position
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Transportation Engineer (Traffic/Technology) for their team in Oklahoma City! This role involves leading traffic planning, studies, design, and operations tasks/projects, with a focus on improving traffic operations, safety, and pedestrian circulation for cities and communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of traffic engineering, traffic operations or ITS project experience
- Engineering Intern (EI) certificate or PE license
- Experience/knowledge of local industry
- Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation)
- Working knowledge of Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, VISSIM or other similar software
Nice To Haves
- Experience with design projects/traffic studies preferred
