About The Position
Reputable firm looking to add a talented Transportation Engineer/Project Manager to their Green Bay office! This role involves project oversight, financial management, and hands-on design involvement. The successful candidate will also serve as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team and assist with business development activities, including proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management. Involvement in professional societies is also expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 6+ years of practical design experience in transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design
- PE License
- Mentor/training experience
- Wisconsin Department of Transportation Project Management experience
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of WisDOT design/standards preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D software preferred
Responsibilities
- Project oversight responsibilities including setting priorities and developing objectives
- Project financial management
- Hands-on involvement in the design process
- Serve as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team
- Project engineering/management duties
- Assist with business development activities (proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management)
