About The Position

TRANSPORTATION DRIVER, join us on our mission to create a senior living revolution where compassion meets innovation! This position is currently a part time Driver position, Tues-Thursday, and will be transitioning this summer to FT, including Mondays and Fridays as an Activity Assistant. Requirements

• Proof of personal automobile insurance.
• Eligible to drive and pass an MVR records check.
• Capable of maintaining regular, reliable attendance.
• Ability to communicate with elders, families, team members, vendors, and the public.
• Meet all health requirements, including TB, if applicable.
• Able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to elders, families, and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take the initiative to prioritize elder safety and satisfaction.
• Using the community-owned vehicle, transport elders to and from medical appointments, activities, shopping errands, and off-site events.
• Complete routine periodic vehicle inspection checks.
