About The Position

Requirements
- Excellent English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
- Valid Driver’s License (held 3+ years)
- 25 years or older
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a DOT Physical & Drug Test

- Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure
- Strong geographical knowledge of Reading, PA and surrounding areas
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities
- Operate the dispatch hotline: answer calls, record messages, and log all call details accurately
- Serve as the primary contact for drivers during active routes
- Collect and communicate information regarding accidents, incidents, emergencies, or vehicle issues
- Distribute keys and tablets; check driver readiness, uniforms, and document activity in the dispatch log
- Support safe, on-time transportation operations across all routes
