About The Position

Bachoco USA is seeking a Transportation Customer Service Representative for our Corporate office location in Fort Smith, AR. This role is responsible for customer service as it pertains to the tracking of all outbound/inbound loads of product. The representative will communicate with the transportation operations team and sales account representatives, and maintain accurate and timely load delivery information at all times.

Requirements

• Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must have basic computer skills with knowledge of or the ability to learn e-mail software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Transportation Logistics degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for load entry into the load management screen
• Updates/maintains information within the load screen on a continual basis
• Utilizes information and problem solving skills to ensure on time delivery of loads
• Assist Outbound logistics team members in tracking outside carriers pick up and deliveries
• Coordinates with transportation management for the tracking of loads dispatched on O.K. Foods, Inc. assets
