Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver
- Must possess a valid Driver's license in the state.
- Must have a good driving record.
Nice To Haves
- a college degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create daily transportation schedule
- Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
- Assist Director of Life Enrichment in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.)
- Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van
- Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
- Clean and wash vehicle.
- Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy
