About The Position

Core responsibilities include facilitating the transportation of clients to and from therapy appointments and other scheduled activities, as well as navigating campus to maintain consistent routines. Transit Support Staff are an integral part of our community, demonstrating a commitment to safety, time management, and genuine care for the wellbeing of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
  • Uphold program expectations while fostering positive growth in clients.
  • Maintain 100% supervision of clients during transport and transitions, providing emotional support and consistent structure.
  • Safely and reliably transport clients to and from appointments and campus activities.
  • Create a welcoming, kind, and professional environment for all clients.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with Ridge Maine staff to ensure smooth coordination and client support.
  • Assists Inventory Coordinator with campus and client needs.
