About The Position

Fellowship Square Tucson, a not-for-profit senior living community, is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to oversee and support its transportation services. This role involves leading a team of drivers, coordinating daily schedules and routes, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining vehicle readiness. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and committed to safety, service, and accountability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
• Minimum of 2–4 years of transportation or fleet operations experience
• Demonstrated experience/knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience
• Strong knowledge of transportation safety and compliance standards
• Strong experience with MS Word programs

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual a plus
• Yardi experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely, efficient service
• Supervise, support, and guide drivers to promote professionalism and safety
• Ensure compliance with transportation safety standards and regulations
• Oversee vehicle readiness, inspections, and maintenance coordination
• Respond to scheduling changes, service needs, or transportation issues
• Maintain accurate records related to drivers, vehicles, and transportation activity
• Serve as a point of contact for transportation questions, concerns, and service requests
• Foster a respectful, customer-focused experience for all passengers
