About The Position

Parametrix is seeking a Transportation Civil Engineer I to join their team in Bend, Oregon. This role will support the design and delivery of roadway and multimodal transportation projects for state DOTs and local municipalities. The position involves preparing and assisting with roadway design elements such as CAD drafting and modeling, geometry roadway layout, horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage, and ADA-compliant facilities. The engineer will also write technical reports and project specifications, and coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project schedules, quality control, and client deliverables are met. This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office for collaboration, mentorship, and integration.

Requirements

• BSCE in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience with Civil 3D or MicroStation preferred.
