The Business Analyst plays a key role in identifying inefficiencies, solving complex operational problems, and supporting the continuous improvement of transportation systems, workflows, and reporting capabilities. Operating as a subject matter contributor, this role complements the Systems Administrator function by focusing on higher-complexity issues, system optimization, and analytical insights that enable scalable and disciplined execution.
