Transportation Attorney
About The Position
The Houston, TX office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Transportation Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Texas and have one (1) to fifteen (15) years of insurance defense experience handling matters involving heavy trucking/tractor trailer and cargo and freight carriers. Partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevant experience. Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting initial pleadings, responding to discovery, drafting as well as arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in Texas
