About The Position

This position is for a Transportation Associate responsible for motivating and leading a team to meet safety, quality, and efficiency requirements. The role requires willingness to work any shift, including weekends, and to conduct pre-shift meetings. The associate must be able to function on a PC, multitask, and work at a fast pace. Promoting good attendance and enforcing all policies, including safety, are key aspects of the role. The associate must lead by example with fairness and ethics, and be able to read, write, and perform mathematics.

Requirements

Must always have and maintain a Valid Forklift License.
Willingness and ability to motivate a team.
Good communication and organization skills.
Analytical and PC skills (must be able to function on a PC).
High level of teamwork.
Forklift certified.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently.
Able to work overtime as needed and weekends.
Must be able to Multi-Task and Work at a Fast Pace.
Must have a good attendance record and be willing to promote good attendance.
Must be able to read, write, and perform mathematics.
All Section Leaders must not have received or retain more than one (1) active Level 1 Counseling/Progressive Discipline within a “rolling” 12-month period.
Must be a current temp CPC driver.
Must be cleared by Austin and Cody to rollover.
Candidate must have received 0 written corrective actions, excluding attendance within the past 12 months.
Candidate must have a minimum of 3.5 points at the time of this posting and/or cannot reach 1.5 points while in the position.
