About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional for an entry-level fleet operations role . This position offers hands-on training and exposure to all aspects of fleet and dispatch operations. The selected candidate will work closely with an experienced supervisor to develop a strong understanding of dispatch coordination, load management, driver support, and fleet logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum 6 months of recent long-haul dispatch experience required
• Familiarity with DOT regulations preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, lead, and support team success
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily dispatch operations to ensure efficient coordination of fleet drivers
• Manage unassigned loads and monitor load progress to support on-time delivery
• Address driver safety concerns and resolve operational issues occurring outside standard business hours
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including load planning, shuttle, and regional operations
• Support weekend, night, and daytime dispatch operations as required
• Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
