This role serves as the transportation control tower for the organization, responsible for booking freight, confirming appointments, monitoring shipment status, proactively communicating transportation updates, and resolving delivery issues before they impact operations or customers. The Logistics Coordinator is the primary point of contact for carriers, warehouses, vendors, Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, and Operations to ensure shipments move efficiently while maintaining exceptional service levels.
