About The Position

This position is responsible for performing analysis on existing processes and systems and delivery of projects and processes to end users and stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of transportation-related activities by leveraging technology and refining workflows to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The primary purpose of this position is to deliver technical and analytical results to support the Distribution technology roadmap and operational projects across both Warehousing and Transportation. Current objectives are focused on growth of Distribution capabilities in support of business objectives.

Requirements

  • A Resume Is Required To Be Considered For This Role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge industry TMS systems, SAP, and/or Fleet Maintenance applications a bonus.
  • Project management application experience (Jira, ADO, MS Project, etc.).
  • Experience with AI Platforms (Claude, Co-Pilot, Gemini, etc).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to both internal leadership and third-party vendors/contractors providing statuses of systems and updates in new software research and overall project facilitation.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members.
  • Some travel may be required. Amount of travel will be determined by individual project requirements.
  • This position will sit 100% onsite at out Corporate 412 West location.
  • Priority consideration will be given to those who currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Springdale, AR.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding current business strategies and roadmaps and evaluating existing or new technologies to address these needs
  • Work with various Program Managers, Directors, and Sr Leadership to define and analyze business requirements and maintain various backlogs
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to build out project plans and timelines for introductions of new systems or processes
  • Assist project leads to ensure all project objectives are met and on time/budget
  • Work alongside training team to onboard users to new systems or incorporate new processes
  • Inform and ensure KPIs are defined and adhered to throughout the entirety of a program
