About The Position

The North America Logistics team operates within Global Logistics to deliver a premium consumer experience anchored in reliability, speed, and precision. This role partners across transportation providers, internal logistics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, reporting into Transportation leadership and collaborating closely with distribution, customs, and trade teams. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
• 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Experience working with and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive operational improvements
• Strong analytical capabilities and data management experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the footwear or retail industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize transportation operations across first, mid, and final mile legs
• Partner with transportation providers to monitor performance and drive accountability
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Lead execution of initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and cost performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including distribution, customs, and trade to ensure seamless operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Generate and implement ideas to overcome transportation challenges and continuously improve the network
