About The Position
Performs activities related to providing patient transportation along with the collection and distribution of requisitions, specimens, mail, equipment, medical records, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school level of knowledge.
- Some previous experience desirable.
- Must be able to read and write at an 8th grade level to properly identify patients, restrictions posted, etc.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communications skills required.
- Must demonstrate ability to effectively interact with all age groups from infancy to geriatric patients.
- Visual and auditory acuity with or without adaptive devices.
