About The Position

EquipmentShare is seeking a Transportation Administrator for their Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. This role is crucial for supporting local branches by ensuring their daily needs are met, processing vehicle titles and registrations, and maintaining an accurate inventory of company vehicles. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and eager to contribute to the transformation of the construction industry through innovative technology and dedicated support.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with processing Title documents.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Ability to Multitask.
  • Ability to Adapt Quickly.
  • Capacity for Rapid Adaptation.
  • Work in an office environment.
  • At least 1+ year experience doing data analysis in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Monday.com preferred, but not required.
  • College degree in business administration preferred.
  • Past experience with fleet management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to electronic and telephonic inquiries from local branches.
  • Process title, sales tax, and registration for new company vehicles.
  • Update ownership information on titles for existing vehicles as required.
  • Reconcile invoices and payments to vendors related to the Transportation Administration team.
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely receipt of correct documentation.
  • Ensure company vehicles comply with all State Motor Carrier regulations.
  • Review monthly payment reports for accuracy.
  • Ensure all Company Vehicle Registrations are up-to-date with correct information.
  • Maintain records for new and existing Company Vehicle Purchases.
  • Provide support for tasks on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Process incoming toll bills and review accounts for correct vehicle listings.
