About The Position
The Transport Team Lead Non-Certified will oversee the daily operational activities to ensure the accomplishment of company goals and objectives. Under the supervision of the supervisor, they will supervise the day-to-day operations of the transport staff, assure adequate daily coverage is scheduled, and participate in the selection and training of new and current employees. The team lead will be responsible for oversight of their assigned area of specialty including vehicles, training, operations, recruitment and retention, or specialty transport. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
