About The Position

As a Transport Support Worker, you will provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. You will play a critical role in promoting the well-being of children, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services. The role involves building healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting families to resources that improve their lives. The ideal candidate is compassionate, eager-to-learn, and passionate about helping families in times of crisis.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in child and family services
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Flexibility
• Punctuality
• Commitment to advocacy for children and their families
• Evening availability is required for at least one day a week
• Working at least one day per weekend
