About The Position

This position involves providing transportation and visitation support for children and families within the child welfare system. The role is critical in promoting the well-being of children, participating in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinating with other agencies providing Permanency Services. The ideal candidate is compassionate, eager-to-learn, and passionate about helping families in crisis, working to build healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting families to resources that improve their lives. Strong communication skills, flexibility, punctuality, and a commitment to advocacy for children and their families are essential. Evening availability is required for at least one day a week, and the position requires working at least one day per weekend and some evening hours.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in child and family services
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Flexibility
• Punctuality
• Commitment to advocacy for children and their families
• Evening availability is required for at least one day a week

• Some evening hours
• Complete a Predictive Index assessment
