About The Position

As a Transport Specialist, you will support day-to-day vehicle transportation operations across Canada. You’ll work closely with internal teams, customers, and carrier partners to ensure vehicles are moved efficiently, on time, and in line with quality expectations. This role is part of an existing Canadian operation and focuses on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement. You’ll work within established processes while contributing ideas and feedback as the business continues to grow. Over time, there may be opportunities to take on broader responsibilities as you develop deeper knowledge of WW’s systems, customers, and carrier network.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is required
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, operations, or a related field
  • An interest in building expertise in vehicle logistics and transportation operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with systems, spreadsheets, or transportation management tools
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Canadian transportation or logistics is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vehicle transportation activities across Canada, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries
  • Support onboarding and day-to-day communication with transport carriers
  • Monitor shipments and transportation activity using WW’s systems
  • Identify and help resolve issues related to delays, damage, or service quality
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure expectations are aligned
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows
