About The Position
This role is responsible for scheduling resident appointments, arranging transportation, and driving the company car or van. Additional duties include light CNA work as needed, and assisting the scheduler by maintaining the schedule and distributing supplies.
Requirements
- Valid CNA license
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a clean driving record
- Ability to make self understood and understand others when interacting
- Ability to communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak clearly on the phone
- Ability to be flexible, receptive and adaptive to change
- Ability to utilize the computer
- Ability to remember multiple tasks and assignments given over a period of several days
- Ability to perform moderately complex and detailed tasks with some interruption and with minimal error
- Ability to work independently, follow policy and procedures and understand payer sources (insurances)
- Ability to be organized and keep records
