About The Position

Old Dutch Foods, Inc. has an immediate opening for a dependable CDL Class A truck driver who can safely operate a tractor/trailer to deliver and manually unload at Old Dutch facilities and independent distributors across the upper mid west (Minnesota, Wisconsin, UP of Michigan, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri). Old Dutch Drivers can earn up to $90,000 their first year. This is a union position with Milk Drivers and Dairy Employees Union Local 471.

Requirements

• 23 years of age
• 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL (commercial drivers license)
• Clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug test
• Willing to unload the trailer alone by hand in all weather conditions with little to no help
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer to deliver and manually unload at Old Dutch facilities and independent distributors.
• Manually unload snack foods by lifting, stacking, and pushing cases weighing up to 24 lbs in all weather conditions with little to no help.
• Work days, nights, and holidays.
• Complete overnights 2-4 nights per week in a hotel with expenses paid (meals, hotel expenses).
