Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Transplant Immunology leadership team in the role of Manager. This position supervises Transplant Immunology Laboratory personnel to ensure quality service, implements, monitors and ensures compliance with governing body accreditation regulations. Assists in the planning, development and implementation of laboratory services. Operates and supervises the laboratory flow cytometer to provide clinical support to transplant programs and other services. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift at Methodist Hospital. Qualified candidates will have previous experience in the transplant and immunology space. Requirements

  • Requires baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology; or one of the chemical or physical sciences.
  • Requires certification as a Certified Histocompatibility Specialist by the American Board of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics.
  • Previous experience in the transplant and immunology space.
