About The Position
Don’s Ford is growing fast and is looking for an experienced Transmission Technician to join their high-performing service team. This is an opportunity for someone who knows transmissions inside and out and wants consistent work with strong earning potential in a high-volume shop.
Requirements
- Proven experience in transmission repair (dealership preferred)
- State inspection license (required)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and driven to improve
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older required
Nice To Haves
- Dealership experience preferred
