This position offers the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission and distribution projects. The role involves coordinating with multiple internal and external departments to manage the project execution life cycle. The consultant will be responsible for project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management. They will take ownership for all aspects of project performance, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience throughout the entire project lifecycle. The position requires managing and directing the project team to ensure accountability, mentoring and coaching team members, and developing and maintaining positive working relationships with client functional leads and stakeholders. The consultant will lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget, and will support the reporting of key performance indicators for schedule, budget, and other dashboard items. Additionally, the role involves identifying and controlling construction risk, recognizing, identifying, tracking, and controlling change, communicating and consulting with appropriate stakeholders and supervisors, preparing clear and concise project reports that meet client requirements, analyzing issues, and providing solutions to improve results.
