As a Transmission Line Engineer, you will transition from foundational engineering to leading your own projects. Working under the mentorship of seasoned industry experts, you will manage the full project lifecycle—from initial scoping to final construction. This role serves as a primary stakeholder contact, offering a unique blend of technical design and project leadership.

Requirements

  • 2-4 Years of Transmission Line Engineering Experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • PLS Cadd (required)

Nice To Haves

  • EIT (preferred)
  • MFAD (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead project scoping phases and see projects through to closure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and cross-functional teams (Right-of-Way, Environmental, Station Engineering, Telecom, and Construction).
  • Conduct construction site visits to ensure design compliance (under senior mentorship).
  • Engineer transmission lines using PLS-CADD.
  • Design foundations utilizing MFAD software.
  • Produce load sheets and detailed drawings for custom steel poles.
  • Develop comprehensive material lists and "Issue for Construction" (IFC) specification books.
