About The Position

The Transition Fittings Assembler is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging small components or products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Integrity Fusion Products is the manufacturer of the IntegriFuse brand of high-density polyethylene – HDPE – fittings and equipment which are sold solely through our distribution partners. Requirements

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small parts and components using hydraulic press, hand tools, fixtures, or machinery.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, or assembly instructions.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and rework of defective parts when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.
  • Accurately record production data, counts, and any quality issues.
  • Package and label finished goods for shipment or further processing.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in the assembly process.
