• Certificate Copy (Child Development Site Supervisor Permit (if you do not have 24 ECE of CD units))
• Copy of Transcript (Readable copies of Bachelors/Masters college transcripts. MUST SHOW 24 SEMESTER UNITS OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION (ECE))
• Credential Copy (CTC Printout of Valid, California Multiple Subject Credential with English Learner Authorization and expiration dates. Must be detailed printout from the CTC showing authorizations.)
• Letter of Introduction (Current and applicable to this position.)
• Letter(s) of Reference (Two (2) professional letters of reference (hand signed and dated within the past 12 months). NO ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES ACCEPTED)
