About The Position

Help our youth (ages 13-22) with developmental disabilities discover, pursue and achieve what’s important to them. Be a difference maker by helping the youth in our community live the life they desire and pursue their dreams. You’ll work with the people we support and their families and friends to assess needs to determine desired outcomes, coordinate services, refer to community resources and create and implement an Individual Service Plan (ISP) for people ages 13-22 with developmental disabilities in Licking County.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree
• Must be well organized
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines
• Must have the passion and enthusiasm to make a difference in the lives of young people with developmental disabilities

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities
