About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a Transition Manager to join us. The Transition Manager leads all planning and execution activities required for program transition-in, ensuring seamless service continuity from incumbent operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, IT, or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing IT transitions or operational start-ups.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transitions in secure or regulated environments.
  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the 30/60/90-day transition plan.
  • Coordinate asset inventory, staff onboarding, and data migration activities.
  • Facilitate knowledge capture and transfer from incumbent teams.
  • Support ITSM tool migration and integration with DMI’s MyServe
  • Report transition status and risk mitigation strategies to the Program Manager and client.
