About The Position

RESPONSIBILITIES Product Transitions · During transitions the SCPTM ensures that manufacturing, materials, labels, and inventory are managed to plan. · Ensures that transition dates are achieved · Works with Marketing on coordination of special packs and coupon packs – production and sell to depletion · Coordinates placement of appropriate PLC codes · Serves as liaison between departments for status and plan updates concerning supply chain information · Coordinates volume requirements with Sales and Demand Planning · Coordinates with Marketing on transition plans and dates · Coordinates with Sales and Marketing on transition labels and closeout customers · Recommends and coordinates with scheduling and materials requirements for production or purchased materials · Analyses and coordinates with labels and manufacturing requirements and transition dates · Analyses and projects inventory cost exposure for materials, brite and finished goods · Works with team to develop strategies to reduce or minimize inventory write offs · Develops and disseminates reports indicating status of label development, conversion dates and inventory Tracking Tool Development · Develops reports and projections that contain all relevant dates, inventories , costs, decisions and status information · Project Management: Manages project as assigned including new items introductions and item changes or other analytics · Report Generation: Produces reports on preset cadence or as required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor degree preferred with major concentration areas in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Project Management Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Project Management 2 -3 years progressive lean experience Ability to multitask Ability to coordinate activities in a fast paced constantly changing environment Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Project Management 2 -3 years progressive lean experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Project management skills Good interpersonal skills with people at all organizational levels Good computer skills: Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel) and Query writing from multiple sources Proficient in presentation skills Strong analytical capabilities Problem solving skills Detail oriented Strong time management skills Self-motivated Interpersonal skills to foster and facilitate relationships Strong multi- tasking capabilities Organized Microsoft Project Vizio Query – multiple sources SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct: None Indirect: Supply Chain Analyst PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS To perform this job successfully, the physical demands listed are representative of those that must be met by an employee Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions While performing the duties of this job: o The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time whether that be sitting or standing o The employee must be able to use fingers to constantly operate a computer or other type of office equipment o The employee in this position must be able to regularly walk o The employees must be able to use hands to handle and feel o The employee must be able to reach with both hands and arms o The employee must be able to visually detect, perceive, or recognize in near and far distances o The employee must be able to converse or convey with other individuals o The employee may occasionally be required to crouch o The employee may occasionally lift/carry items as heavy as 25 pounds JOB COMPETENCIES Ethics/ Integrity/ Trust Attitude and Commitment Diversity Customer Service Company Engagement Quality Cost Consciousness Leadership Flexible Leadership Management Creativity and Innovation Strategic Thinking Other Responsible for monitoring, record keeping and taking appropriate actions for specific Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan and pre requisite program requirements Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management

Requirements
