About The Position

IAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for a Transformational Specialist within our IT Department that can be remote for the ideal person. We are looking for a qualified professional with industry knowledge of change, transformation, and technology management. This individual will work on programs of diverse scope across multiple departments where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors and must have a demonstrates ability in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Requirements

  • 5 years relevant experience including leading and managing programs.
  • Experience developing specific artifacts such as business process maps, gap analysis documentation, business change technical requirements, testing & training deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience facilitating group sessions.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Consistent focus on change management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Visio.
  • Ability to forge relationships, inspire and motivate others, and drive a culture of accountability.
  • Ability to manage medium-large sized project efforts effectively
  • Ability to be self-directed
  • Ability to influence and informally lead others
  • Knowledge of business problems and identifying solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop specific artifacts such as business process maps, gap analysis documentation, business change technical requirements, testing & training deliverables.
  • Evaluate internal processes and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Establish and maintain contacts within business units and information system programs to understand business processes and business drivers.
  • Work collaboratively across matrixed organizations and partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet business goals.
  • Under general direction, has general instructions on new assignments and works from general objectives and seeks guidance on unusual cases where clarification of policy is involved.
  • Travel up to 25% for meetings and training delivery across various locations
  • Perform other duties as needed.
