Transformation Product Analyst
About The Position
We are looking to hire experienced transformation practitioners who can operate between business and technology, translate complex concepts into actionable decisions, drive readiness, and execution, and provide continuity across multi-year modernization efforts. We are hoping to find and hire complimentary team members that can augment the existing team and ideally work with us on a long-term basis given the projects timeline. Will be supporting enterprise product capability build out as part of the cloud core transformation; partnering with technical teams and business product lines to deliver needed enablers and ensuring strategic fit.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience
- Business and technology translation
- Process, data, and capability analysis
- Product and operational readiness planning
- Dependency and impact management
- Operating model and workflow design
- Governance, control creation, documentation, and traceability
- Financial services transformation experience
- Cloud transformation & migration experience
- U.S. Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- 10+ years of experience is preferable
