This position serves as an expert in HealthPoint’s lean methodology and is responsible for guiding value stream work based on organizational strategic priorities. Facilitates cross-departmental improvement activities that involve target setting, innovation, development of kaizen plans, etc. Collaborates with senior leaders, health center leaders, and TPIO leadership to design breakthrough approaches for advancing the organization along the transformation continuum. Coaches and mentors others, both within TPIO and throughout the organization on application of lean methodology. Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.
