Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 4/5+ years of experience in PMO, project/program management, transformation, or operational governance.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, governance, and reporting.
• Able to present delivery updates clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in metrics, financial tracking, prioritization, and problem solving.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting business transformation/change initiatives.
• Experience working with operations, finance, transformation, and client-facing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk awareness, financial acumen, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track health, status, dependencies, milestones of VRO projects and programs.
• Maintain project standards, governance, reporting cadence, and decision forums.
• Support scheduling, resource planning, and prioritization with delivery and business leads.
• Prepare VRO dashboards, executive updates, RAID logs, and performance reports.
• Identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, variances, and benefits realization.
• Align business, transformation, operations, finance, and delivery teams.
• Improve templates, workflows, governance processes, and reporting quality over time.
