Responsibilities: Partner with GIFS leaders and other stakeholders to create and execute strategic transformation plans in line with Enterprise strategy and GIFSs’ sub-divisional goals Work with GIFS leadership and the Head of Transformation Office to envision and bring to life new organizational structures and operating models at the MD-3 level and below Own end-to-end delivery of discrete bodies of work within the transformation program portfolio, including executive updates, program coordination, issue resolution, and new/ongoing initiative prioritization Identify and bring to life opportunities to enhance workflows, communication norms, and ways of working to improve team and sub-divisional effectiveness through the course of transformation program management Partner with members of the GIFS Transformation team to provide world-class communications and change management support to GIFS senior leaders Own relationships with key GIFS partners (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and relevant input to GIFS’s transformation goals, as well as tracking of transformation progress and impact In This Role, You Will Bring: Executive-level strategic judgment with the ability to translate enterprise priorities into actionable, well-governed initiatives. Fluency in management frameworks to structure thinking, enable decision-making, and guide communication and change at scale. The ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, ambiguous environments, balancing speed, rigor, and stakeholder alignment. A demonstrated ability to build context quickly across evolving business priorities and organizational environments. Strong executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness, enabling you to build credibility, influence outcomes, and drive alignment across senior leadership and teams. Clear, concise communication skills that support decisive action and sustain organizational momentum. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive professional experience leading large-scale, enterprise initiatives; background in management consulting, IT program management, or corporate strategy preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred. Proven record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, with accountability for outcomes at the initiative level. Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders across multiple organizational layers, including environments with competing priorities. Applied experience using management frameworks to support executive communication, organizational change, culture initiatives, and program governance. Human Resources experience, particularly within HR Business Partnering, Transformation, and/or Organizational Design & Strategy. Strong quantitative and analytical capability, including Excel-based modeling and data-driven decision support. Experience operating within global enterprise IT organizations, with exposure to investment management and/or finance functions preferred. Prior experience in consulting services, professional services, or management consulting environments is highly preferred.
