About The Position

For our central Transfer Pricing Team, we are looking for open-minded, ambitious, and experienced TP Senior Specialists who will support and contribute to our key TP projects. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of transfer pricing topics, from compliance to policy design and M&A integration. It provides an opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders across a global organization, participate in complex international projects with real business impact, and be involved in process automation, technology adoption, and the future development of SGS transfer pricing operations.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a multinational environment.
University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or a similar discipline.
Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing principles.
Experience in preparing or reviewing Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies, and intercompany agreements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Experience working with transfer pricing databases and research tools (e.g., Moody's, Bureau van Dijk, RoyaltyStat, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data-driven working methods.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a global environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files and benchmarking studies.
Support the development, implementation and maintenance of SGS transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models.
Draft and manage intercompany agreements in cooperation with Legal, Finance and business stakeholders.
Provide transfer pricing advice to regional and local teams, helping to address complex business and tax matters.
Support transfer pricing audits, APAs, MAPs and other tax controversy projects.
Participate in M&A, business integration and process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of transfer pricing technologies.
