About The Position

The Transfer Pricing Senior Associate owns day-to-day execution of transfer pricing engagements, from kickoff and information gathering through drafting, review, finalization, and delivery. The position involves drafting client-ready deliverables, conducting quality control, designing and executing comparable-company searches, and leading or supporting client fact-finding interviews. The Senior Associate communicates with clients and foreign advisers, supports transfer pricing policy design and implementation, reviews intercompany agreements, and coordinates with internal and outside specialists. The role also manages project trackers and deadlines, flags engagement risks, and uses approved tools and technology to improve workflows while independently validating outputs. The position may be performed remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or in-office, from any location in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
