Requirements
- Ability to apply common sense in performing job
- Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to use basic high school math skills
- 1 years Molding Experience or equivalent manufacturing work experience
- Computer Experience using word processing software/ERP systems
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
- Must be able to use basic measuring tools (Calipers and Drop Indicators)
Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate transfer press and injection molding machines.
- Priming of product as required
- Verification of quality
- ERP Transactions necessary to move a product
- Mold and tooling care
- Mold and manufacture quality parts
- Work with the Supervisor to identify and resolve any disciplinary actions
- Work with Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes and procedures
