About The Position
JX Enterprises is a third-generation, family-owned industry leader with over 50 years of history, 30+ locations, and 1,200+ employees. They are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented Transfer Driver to play a crucial role in keeping JX moving. This role is essential for maintaining their commitment to efficiency and reliability by transporting trucks between branches or to customers as needed. Adherence to DOT regulations and safety protocols is a top priority.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A CDL with at least a 5 year driving history
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Ability to adhere to established safe driving guidelines
- Ability to perform all tasks in a safe manner, following all safety rules and guidelines
- Ability to work safely & well with others
- Dependable and reliable attendance required
Responsibilities
- Shuttle trucks from Branch to Branch or Branch to customer
- Follow all DOT regulations
- Perform pre-trip truck inspections
- Engage in all assigned learning modules
- Troubleshoot the flow of traffic and road conditions
- Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business
