About The Position
We’re hiring a Transdermal Operator II to support advanced product manufacturing in a clean, cGMP‑regulated environment. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical trade experience, construction or machining backgrounds, precision based technical work , as well as new graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing/Industrial Technology who want hands‑on experience with complex equipment. This is a full-time position located in Piscataway, NJ.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical/electrical/manufacturing degree graduates encouraged to apply OR 3+ years in manufacturing, trades, construction, machining, or other technical roles
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail
- Good math skills and comfort with precision work
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and work extended hours
- Must pass OSHA‑compliant Respirator Fit Test
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment
- Execute R&D, scale‑up, ANDA, and commercial batch activities
- Conduct in‑process checks, visual inspections, and accurate GMP documentation
- Complete material reconciliation, room clearance, and batch closeout
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
