About The Position

Conduent is seeking a Transaction Processing Specialist to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. In this on-site position, you will support transaction processing activities for a major client while working in a structured, team-oriented environment. The Transaction Processing Specialist is responsible for completing assigned processing activities accurately and efficiently while following established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and protecting confidential information.   • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and client requirements when completing daily assignments.
  • Review information carefully to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Use computer systems and other technology required to complete assigned work.
  • Maintain productivity and quality expectations established for the position.
  • Identify discrepancies or issues and follow established procedures for resolution or escalation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable security, privacy, and client requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet operational goals.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
