Requirements

Experienced in Real Estate Transactions (Required) – You’ve successfully managed files from contract to close.
Highly Organized – You don’t miss details, deadlines, or follow-ups.

Professional Communicator – Clear, polished, and warm with all parties.

Responsibilities

Manage transactions from accepted contract through closing with minimal oversight.
Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Track all deadlines, contingencies, and critical dates proactively.
Coordinate seamlessly with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and co-op agents.
Serve as the steady, reliable point of contact for all parties.
Provide proactive updates—before anyone has to ask.
Ensure agents and clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage.
Maintain clean, complete, and audit-ready files at all times.
Ensure all documents are properly executed and stored.
Uphold brokerage standards with precision and consistency.
Identify potential issues early and take action.
Navigate challenges with professionalism and solutions—not stress.
Keep deals moving forward, even when things get complex.
